This Returns Policy applies to purchases made through the Find Your Zen by Yema website.

This website is owned and operated by Find Your Zen Ltd trading as Find Your Zen by Yema.

1. Our returns approach

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Find Your Zen by Yema.

Because we sell handmade self-care products, skincare, soap, fragrance, candles, wax melts, digital content, courses, memberships and services, different return rules may apply depending on what you have purchased.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

2. Returning unwanted goods

If you are a UK consumer and you change your mind about a physical product purchased online, you usually have 14 days from the day after delivery to tell us you wish to cancel your order.

Once you have told us you wish to cancel, you then have another 14 days to return the goods to us.

Returned items must be:

Unused.

Unopened where hygiene seals or protective packaging apply.

In their original packaging where possible.

In a resaleable condition.

Returned with proof of purchase.

3. Items that cannot usually be returned

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot usually accept returns of the following items once opened, used, unsealed or handled in a way that makes them unsuitable for resale:

Soap.

Skincare.

Body products.

Perfume oils.

Perfume sprays.

Fragrance products.

Bath products.

Personal care products.

Sample products.

Any product with a broken hygiene seal.

Any product that has been used, tested on the skin, opened or contaminated.

We also cannot usually accept returns for:

Personalised or custom-made items.

Digital downloads once accessed or downloaded.

Courses, memberships or digital content once access has started, where you agreed to immediate access.

Gift cards or vouchers, unless required by law.

Items not purchased directly from us.

4. Faulty or damaged items

If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

Your order number.

A clear description of the issue.

Photographs of the item and packaging where relevant.

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, repair, refund or other suitable solution depending on the circumstances.

5. How to request a return

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

Please include:

Your full name.

Your order number.

The item you wish to return.

The reason for return.

Whether the item has been opened, used or unsealed.

We will then confirm whether the item is eligible for return and provide return instructions.

6. Return postage

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.

We recommend using a tracked or signed-for postal service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Original delivery charges may not be refunded where you selected an enhanced or premium delivery option above our standard delivery service.
