Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to purchases, orders, bookings, subscriptions, digital content and services made through the Find Your Zen by Yema website.

This website is owned and operated by Find Your Zen Ltd trading as Find Your Zen by Yema.

1. Cancelling physical product orders

If you are a UK consumer and you purchase physical goods online, you usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

You do not need to give a reason.

To cancel, you must clearly tell us that you wish to cancel your order.

Your full name.

Your order number.

The item or order you wish to cancel.

The date you received your order, if already delivered.

2. Returning goods after cancellation

If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, you must return eligible goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Returned items must be unused, unopened where hygiene seals apply, and in a condition suitable for resale.

3. Orders that cannot be cancelled after dispatch or opening

Some products cannot usually be cancelled or returned once dispatched, opened, used, unsealed or accessed.

This includes:

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Soap, skincare, bath, body and fragrance products once opened, used or unsealed.

Personalised or custom-made products.

Digital downloads once accessed or downloaded, where immediate access was agreed.

Courses, memberships or private digital content once access has started, where immediate access was agreed.

Services that have already been completed.

4. Cancelling before dispatch

If you contact us before your order has been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it before it leaves the studio.

If your order has already been processed, packed or dispatched, you may need to follow our Returns Policy.

5. Cancelling services, readings or consultations

For telephone readings, coaching sessions, consultations, creative support, wellbeing services or other booked appointments, cancellation terms may vary depending on the service.

Unless a product or service page states otherwise:

You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be refundable.

Missed appointments may not be refundable.

If you are late to a session, the session may still end at the original scheduled time.

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will offer a new time or a refund where appropriate.

6. Cancelling digital products, courses and memberships

Digital products, courses, memberships and private content may be available for immediate access.

If you choose immediate access, you may lose your right to cancel once the content has been accessed, downloaded, delivered or made available to you, where this is permitted by law.

For memberships or subscriptions, cancellation terms will be shown on the relevant membership or subscription page.

Cancelling a subscription stops future payments. It does not automatically refund payments already made unless stated otherwise or required by law.

7. Cancelling subscription products

For physical product subscriptions, such as soap, self-care, fragrance or other recurring boxes, cancellation terms will be shown on the relevant subscription page.

Unless otherwise stated:

You can cancel future subscription renewals through your account or by contacting us.

Cancellation must be completed before the next billing date.

If a subscription payment has already been taken and the order is being prepared, packed or dispatched, that month’s order may still be sent.

Cancelling a subscription does not cancel orders already processed.

9. Refunds after cancellation

Where a refund is due, it will be processed in line with our Refund Policy.

Refunds are made to the original payment method used at checkout.
