Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Find Your Zen by Yema website.

This website is owned and operated by Find Your Zen Ltd trading as Find Your Zen by Yema.

1. Refund eligibility

Refunds may be offered where:

You cancel an eligible online order within the legal cancellation period.

You return an eligible item in line with our Returns Policy.

Your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

We are unable to fulfil your order.

A refund is required under your statutory rights.

Refunds are not usually available where:

A hygiene-sensitive product has been opened, used or unsealed.

A product has been damaged after delivery due to misuse, poor storage or handling.

You have changed your mind about a digital product after accessing or downloading it, where you agreed to immediate access.

You have used or accessed a course, membership, private content or service, unless otherwise required by law.

The product was personalised or custom-made for you.

2. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.

We cannot refund to a different card, account or payment method.

Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

3. Delivery charges

Where you cancel an eligible order under your statutory cancellation rights, standard delivery charges may be refunded.

If you selected a premium, express or enhanced delivery option, we may only refund the cost of our standard delivery option.

Return postage is normally the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

4. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at yema@findyourzenbyyema.uk.

Please include:

Your order number.

Photographs of the item and packaging.

A short description of the issue.

We will review your request and confirm the next steps.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, repair or suitable alternative.

5. Handmade product variations

Many of our products are handmade in small batches.

Natural variations in colour, texture, shape, scent strength, finish, weight, appearance or decorative detail are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not usually classed as faults.

However, if you believe your product is faulty or not as described, please contact us and we will review it fairly.

6. Digital products, courses and memberships

Digital products, downloads, courses, private content and memberships may be non-refundable once access has started, content has been delivered, or files have been downloaded, unless required by law.

Where a refund is requested before access begins, we will review the request in line with the product description, checkout terms and your statutory rights.

7. Services, readings and consultations

Services, readings, coaching, consultations and other booked sessions may have separate cancellation and refund terms.

If you cancel late, miss an appointment, fail to provide required information, or request cancellation after work has started, a refund may not be available.

8. Refused or returned parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because it was refused, not collected, or the delivery details were incorrect, we may deduct the original postage cost, return postage cost and any related fees from your refund.

If you would like the order resent, additional delivery charges may apply.
