1. Order processing

Find Your Zen by Yema is a small, independent studio business. Many of our products are handmade, small-batch, limited-run or prepared with care.

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3-7 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page, checkout page, subscription information, pre-order listing or product description.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

During busy periods, launches, seasonal promotions, studio closures or high-volume order periods, processing may take slightly longer. We will always do our best to keep you updated.

2. Delivery locations

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

If international delivery becomes available, delivery times, customs charges, taxes and import duties will be the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

3. Delivery costs

Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery charges may vary depending on the size, weight, value and destination of your order.

Any free delivery offers, sample postage offers or promotional shipping arrangements will be clearly stated on the website, product page or checkout page.

4. Delivery times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the delivery service selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless the delivery option specifically states that it is guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal strikes, courier issues, severe weather, incorrect delivery details, customs checks, public holidays or events outside our control.

5. Incorrect delivery details

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address.

6. Missing or delayed orders

We may ask you to check with neighbours, your local delivery office, your building concierge, or any safe place you have nominated.

If your parcel is confirmed as lost by the delivery provider, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. Safe place delivery

If you ask the courier or postal provider to leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, concierge, reception desk or another nominated person, this is done at your own risk.

Once the parcel has been delivered to your chosen safe place or nominated person, we may treat the order as delivered.

8. Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number.

A photo of the outer packaging.

A photo of the damaged item.

A short description of the issue.

Please keep the packaging until we have advised you what to do next.

9. Subscription deliveries

For subscription products, delivery schedules will be stated on the relevant subscription page.

If your subscription dispatch date changes due to studio production schedules, stock availability, seasonal closures or other practical reasons, we will do our best to notify you.
